One day. One person. A mere minute. A single second. That’s all it takes to make a difference.
One day can be the line of demarcation of before and after in your life. One person can alter your universe or you can be the one who alters theirs. In a mere minute, everything can change. In a single second lies life versus death.
One Is An Awesome And Scary Number
The power of one is awesome; the reality of one can be scary. YOU are ONE. “Me?” you say. “It’s on me? Yes, you. It’s all you, friend. You, just this ONE being in this sea of 7.6 billion give or take, can change the whole wide world.
You can change a life, a mind, a moment. Do you even realize the power you possess?
Christ. Gandhi. Martin Luther King Jr. Mother Teresa. Mandela. Perhaps to a lesser degree but still, all the great politicians and world changers, all the inventors and great minds, the movers and shakers, even celebrities and influencers up to good in life… they all make a difference. And YOU are like them.
As a human being, you possess the same power and the same light. YOU are on this planet to use it as they used (use) theirs. Don’t you know you are the one just as they are?
You Are The One
What’s the superpower you are hiding from everyone? Don’t you know you are the one for that one thing you are here to do? You have been assigned. What’s your one assignment? And, beyond that – wayyy beyond that – on a daily basis, what good are you doing? What are you adding to the world instead of just taking from it?
You don’t have to be some big shot or in the news 24/7. You can support someone just by giving a smile, encouraging somebody in their study, work, or dreams. It takes a simple second and lasts forever.
Do you also realize how many countless, nameless, faceless unknowns are giving of themselves, helping others on the court of their lives this very minute as you simply take another breath? No one will ever know and yet their actions and love are making a difference right now when it most counts and will speak on their behalf for eternity.
Be the one that does that today and everyday. Do all that you can to bring this world a bit of joy, love, leadership, greatness and peace.
