Episode 13: Living an Extraordinary Life with Special Guest Robert White

This is Episode 13 of THE REAL YOU LIVING PODCAST with NARAH VALENSKA and it is dedicated to those awesome people out there who make a difference in the lives of others by helping them grow, whether they be a coach like myself and my guest or not.

In this episode, I speak with my very first personal coach from back in the Summer of 2009 when I began my journey to my true self, the amazing Robert White. Even though we have been in touch through the years via direct messages, texts, and emails, we have not spoken directly until this moment and what a joy it was! My goodness! So SO fun!

Listen to us catch up and discuss how we came into coaching and the huge difference Robert made in my life at one of the highest and yet lowest points in my life when I was dealing with:

the breakup of my 20 year relationship / marriage AND
taking care of my late-fiance, Steven, who passed away in April 2010 from cancer all while
discovering who I truly was and what I REALLY wanted my life to be moving forward.

Living An Extraordinary Life (or, as I say to say, Rocking Life Out!)

There are few people in the world who hold you to a higher standard and call you out with love and respect in support of you being your best self. That is who Robert was to me and I could not be more grateful for his contribution to my life. As he says in his book Living An Extraordinary Life,” which I say as well, “Life is simple.” Robert also adds “This does not mean it is easy.” which I also believe and which is why I believe personal development and coaching are so fabulous.

To be sure, life is a balancing act and we all need help and support navigating it. In this episode, we both give you some pointers to do just that as my intention for this episode is to help you to see how valuable having a committed listener who has your best interests at heart is and how valuable the journey to fulfillment and become your true self is.
